Influencer Kate Cassidy has paid tribute to her late partner Liam Payne on what would have been his 33rd birthday by sharing personal videos and photographs.
Cassidy, 27, was in a relationship with the singer for two years prior to his death in October 2024, when he fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Payne rose to fame as a member of the British boy band One Direction. Cassidy is an American social media influencer who regularly documented her life and travels alongside the musician.
Cookie Cake and Birthday Tributes
In a post shared on Saturday, August 29, Cassidy appeared with a homemade birthday cake crafted from Payne's favourite cookies before blowing out the candle. She said that Payne was the funniest, smartest, and kindest soul.
Cassidy noted that she would never stop speaking about the singer because he remains a major part of her life.
In a separate video post, the influencer compiled and presented a selection of her favourite moments shared with Payne during their relationship.
Shared Moments and Memories
Cassidy completed her birthday tribute by publishing a photo carousel on Instagram. The snapshots showed Payne spending time with their dog, Nala, as well as moments from night outings and relaxed afternoons in their garden.
Writing alongside the collection of images, Cassidy stated that his birthday would always be his day, adding that she loves him, remembers him, and misses him always, before wishing him a happy birthday.
