Jennifer Lopez has given fans their first look inside her new $18 million home in Hidden Hills, California, two years after her split from Ben Affleck. The 57-year-old singer and actress shared photos from the sprawling estate in a Sunday Instagram post.

Jennifer Lopez has finally opened the doors to her new $18 million dream home located in Hidden Hills, California

In one image, the Bronx native wore a white dress as she posed at her Steinway piano. Another photo showed her in her bedroom, while further shots captured beige and pale pink floral arrangements and a living room decorated with a pink sofa and a large ottoman piled with art books.

The 57-year-old singer snapped up the sprawling estate last year following her 2024 split from husband Ben Affleck

"When the mood board comes to life," Lopez wrote in her caption, adding a lion emoji.

Inside Lopez's Barbie Dreamhouse

Lopez bought the estate last year, following her 2024 split from Affleck, and moved in this past May after a year of renovations.

"Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie dreamhouse," a source told the Daily Mail. "It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy. She is over the moon about it and really living out her 'happy phase' with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free."

The insider added that the home reminds Lopez of her property in the Hamptons, where she has been "very happy" and has had many family moments.

Family and Friends Gather Poolside

Lopez posed in the backyard of the home in the spring, wearing a white bikini as she took a dip in the swimming pool. The photo was taken at a house party also attended by her teenage twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Also present were Lopez's mother, Guadalupe, her father, David, her manager, Benny Medina, and her vocal coach, Stevie Mackey. Her photographer friend Ana Carballosa and stylist Shawn "Beezy" Barton were pictured as well.

From Fogerty's Ranch to JLo's Dream Home

Lopez purchased the 8,600-square-foot equestrian estate in February 2025. The New England-inspired house sits on 2.5 acres and is fully gated for privacy, with mature trees lining the backyard so no one can see in.

And she even showed a cute detail: a lion bookend holding up vintage books

The main residence has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen and a custom home theater. The grounds also include a guest house, a pool house, a swimming pool with an attached hot tub, and full equestrian facilities with a five-stall barn, a tack room and a private riding arena.

She spent a year renovating the house after buying it in 2025

The property was previously owned by musician John Fogerty, known for hits including "Fortunate Son" and "Have You Ever Seen the Rain?"

Renovations began soon after Lopez bought the home. A source previously told the Daily Mail that Lopez was renovating the property "to her satisfaction," adding that she was "spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house."

The insider said Lopez "renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own." Blue tarps could be seen covering parts of the house during construction in June 2025.

Leaving the $60 Million Bel Air Mansion Behind

For three years, Lopez had been living in a $60 million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood of West Los Angeles that she shared with Affleck. The couple struggled to sell the property, which includes a guest house, tennis court and infinity pool, and Affleck "gifted" his share of it to Lopez after their split.

Lopez relisted the compound in April with a price cut, to $50 million. It is not known whether the home has since sold. The listing describes the property as "the ultimate celebrity compound," calling it a newly rebuilt estate spanning five acres on a "commanding promontory" with sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion within one of the city's most secure gated enclaves.

Images from the latest listing show all of Lopez's personal belongings removed, with little sign she ever lived there, confirming she has now fully moved into the remodeled Hidden Hills home.

A Busy Year Ahead

The Daily Mail reported last month that Lopez had spent the summer in Italy shooting a new Dolce & Gabbana campaign. She is also planning an international tour for next year, in addition to promoting two upcoming films: The JLo Show, about her recent Las Vegas residency, and the crime thriller The Last Mrs. Parrish.

"She is working her tail off because she wants to stay busy, though there is some concern she may burn out," a source close to the singer said. "But this is how she stays sane during this weird time in her life."

That period of change follows Lopez's divorce from Affleck and her decision to remain single since. Her twins, Max and Oskar, formerly known as Emme, are heading off to college, leaving Lopez with an empty nest.
