Jackie Apostel has taken style inspiration from Victoria Beckham once again, stepping out in a plunging white dress for a Beckham family dinner.
The 30-year-old slipped into the low-rise pleated sundress during a vacation meal at the Beckhams' regular haunt, restaurant Lo Scoglio on the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy. The chic ensemble mirrored a look worn by fashion designer Victoria, 52, several years ago during an Italian getaway with her close friend, American actress Eva Longoria.
Apostel dressed her white sundress with a multi-coloured abstract headscarf for the occasion. Headscarves and bandanas were a signature fashion staple for former Spice Girl Victoria throughout the noughties, a style choice Apostel has recently grown fond of adopting for public appearances.
Apostel was joined at the seaside restaurant by her musician boyfriend Cruz Beckham, 21. Cruz, the youngest son of Victoria and former England football captain David Beckham, dressed casually for the family dinner, wearing a sleeveless white top paired with a baseball cap.
Matching athleisure and colourful cut-out dresses
This Italian holiday outing is far from the first time Apostel has mirrored iconic looks previously favoured by her boyfriend's mother. Last May, Apostel stepped out alongside Cruz wearing a black jacket, matching leggings, and a sports baseball cap. The athletic ensemble directly echoed workout outfits documented on social media by Victoria, who is well known as a dedicated fitness fan.
Apostel has also shown a strong preference for vibrant cut-out dresses inspired by Victoria's fashion archive. In November 2024, Apostel slipped into a daring orange cut-out dress, closely resembling a striking piece Victoria wore in October 2021.
More recently, in May 2025, Apostel wore an eye-catching pink cut-out dress boasting an eerie resemblance to an outfit Victoria wore in January 2023. That same month, Apostel channelled Victoria's sharp sartorial taste by stepping out in a plunging blazer, matching a tailored look the mother-of-four sported a year earlier.
Recreating iconic 1990s little black dresses
Apostel has also demonstrated a fondness for the classic little black dress favoured by Victoria during her pop star era. In a black-and-white Instagram post, Apostel wowed in a black dress featuring mesh paneling that gave off a similar energy to an outfit Victoria wore in 1999 at the VH1 5th birthday party in London.
Sporting a famous pixie cut at the time, Victoria looked sensational at the 1999 London event in a black halter-neck dress that flashed plenty of skin at the sides. On another occasion, both women put on a leggy display in mini black dresses paired with tights. Victoria opted for a mini black blazer dress with lacy black tights, while Apostel later wore a similar strapless piece.
The duo are also both fans of making a fashion statement with bra tops. Victoria, who rose to international fame as Posh Spice in the 1990s girl group the Spice Girls, famously performed on stage in 1997 wearing a white bikini top and a white mini skirt. Apostel similarly flashed skin in a social media snap, posing in a black bra top paired with a floral skirt.
Paris fashion show appearances and classic tailoring
Apostel has also echoed Victoria's street-style tailoring and cold-weather outerwear choices. Back in September, Apostel bundled up in a cosy brown faux-fur jacket as she and Cruz departed their hotel in Paris, France. The look recalled an outfit Victoria wore in 2010 with casual jeans while stepping out in New York City following an appearance on the American daytime talk show The View.
Both women are also fans of crisp white shirts. Apostel was seen sporting a tailored white shirt similar to the garment Victoria wore in a famous scene from the 2023 Beckham documentary series on Netflix. In the viral clip, Victoria claimed her family was "working class," before husband David interrupted to point out that her father used to drive her to school in a Rolls-Royce.
Even during casual outings, Cruz and Apostel spark a strong resemblance to a young Posh and Becks in their matching sports tops and baseball caps. Victoria and David famously coordinated their designer outfits throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, with Victoria often wearing casual caps identical in style to Apostel's.
Apostel further consolidated her fashion connection to the family when attending Victoria's Paris Fashion Week show last year. Wearing a stunning white silk backless dress that mirrored another of Victoria's classic gowns, Apostel sat front-row at the runway presentation alongside Cruz and his siblings Brooklyn, Romeo, and Harper Beckham.
