The horror film Obsession was the most pirated movie in Russia in July 2026, according to data compiled by cybersecurity company F6 at the request of trade publication Byulleten Kinoprokatshchika. The monthly ranking is based on the number of illegal copies found on the Russian internet.
Obsession, which received an official theatrical release in Russia, topped the film chart ahead of the crime thriller Citizen Avenger, directed by Uwe Boll, in second place. Another horror title, Behind the Reality, came in third.
In the TV category, The Chikatilo Trail led the piracy rankings. From and The Shelter took second and third place respectively.
