Heather Locklear and Lorenzo Lamas looked entirely smitten as they filmed an Instagram video promoting an upcoming UK convention, following the start of their romance in late 2025.
The 64-year-old Melrose Place actress and the 68-year-old Renegade star will appear at the nostalgia-themed For the Love of Retro event in September, alongside a roster of pop culture figures including Brian Austin Green, Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Jane Seymour, Josh Holloway, Steven Berkoff, Vernon Wells and Caroline Bliss.
In a clip shared on social media, Locklear sat on an outdoor patio in Lamas' lap, cradling her Maltese dog Mister, while Lamas rested his hand on her thigh.
Locklear wore high-waisted jeans and a blue T-shirt, and Lamas, who is finalizing a divorce from his sixth wife Kenna Scott, wore green shorts and a white collared shirt.
"We want to invite you to For the Love of Retro," Locklear said in the video.
"That's right," Lamas said. "It's at Telford International Centre on the 5th and 6th [of September]."
"In Telford, England," Locklear said. "And we want you to come and say hi, take photos, selfies…."
"Invade our personal space," Lamas added.
"Yeah! Like I am him," Locklear said playfully, gesturing with her thumb at Lamas as he nuzzled closer. They closed the clip saying "see ya there" in unison.
Romance after 40 years
The couple's relationship comes more than 40 years after they posed together for a 1983 Playgirl cover.
Speaking on the Hollywood and Divine podcast in June, Locklear praised her new partner.
"My new guy is very... everything," she said. "I'm just like, when I tell this person I love him, I'm really saying, 'I love you, God.' Because that's what happened. It's from God. I'm [in] the best time [of my life]."
The pair made their first public appearance together on April 26, greeting fans side by side at the Chiller Theatre Expo in New Jersey.
Asked by Fox News Digital if he had ever imagined their story coming full circle, Lamas said he had not.
"The short answer is no," he said. "I mean, I've been through a lot of trial and error, and she is the most amazing woman that I think I've ever met."
Online tributes
In December, Lamas shared their vintage Playgirl magazine cover on X, which featured Locklear in a red bikini and him in swim briefs.
"I cannot believe that this was 43 years ago! Side note, speedos on request only #HeatherLocklear #Playgirl #80s," he wrote.
In April, he shared another throwback photograph in a post that has since been deleted. According to Hello! magazine, he quoted Corinthians 13:4-7 in the caption.
"100 years ago," he wrote. "God's grace is truly amazing. 'Love is patient, love is kind… It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.'"
Before confirming their romance, the two were seen at a New York City dinner party in November last year, and reunited on New Year's Eve at Barry's Steakhouse in Las Vegas.
Previous marriages
Lamas is in the process of divorcing Scott. He filed to end their marriage in June 2025 after less than two years.
Reflecting on the breakup alongside a video montage of their marriage, the former model wrote on Instagram: "You always said 'we packed a lot of life into our time together.' All I ever wanted was to love you and take care of you til our dying days."
"But you had different plans for us," Scott wrote. "I truly hope you find the happiness you search for but haven't found."
Lamas has six children. He shares AJ, 43, and Shayne, 41, with his second wife Michele Smith. He had Paton, 37, with Daphne Ashbrook, and shares Alexandra, 28, Victoria, 27, and Isabella, 25, with his fourth wife Shauna Sand.
Locklear, whose acting credits also include Dynasty and Spin City, was married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee before they divorced in 1993. She later married Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
Last year, Locklear ended a long relationship with Chris Heisser. The pair first dated in high school and became engaged in 2020, but never married and split in 2025.
