

It’s no secret that Kourtney Kardashian She has an incredibly toned figure and she shared the exact 10 minute workout she does to get a “rounder butt.” The mother of three revealed working out in embark aft and shared, “Ten minutes is all it takes to reset your fitness routine and start your day full of energy.” She continued, “Once you create a slot in your morning schedule, it will become second nature and eventually you won’t be able to start your workday any other way.”

If you want to try Kourtney’s workout for a rounder butt, follow your Pilates instructor’s seven exercises, Jesse O’Hara, shared below. Jesse suggests doing 10 to 15 repetitions of each exercise.
1. “Lying sideways leg extension with hip abduction
2. “Lateral Rainbow Leg Raise
3. “Knee hydrant removal
4. “Kneeling fire hydrant kick
5. “You are looking for kneeling legs
6. “Straight-leg quadruped hip extension
7. “Bent Knee Quadruped Hip Extension”
Jesse shared his pro tips for completing this workout, plus if you’re not sure how to complete each exercise, you can follow along with the video.
Jesse’s tips:
1. “Align all movements with the breath.
2. “Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale deeply, pulling your navel towards your spine.
3. “Don’t rush through the motions.
4. “Watch your back; Imagine sliding your shoulder blades down your back, away from your ears.
5. “Complete all movements on one side of the body before repeating them on the other side.
6. “Once you’ve made progress or want an extra challenge, feel free to add an ankle weight.”
