HBO has released a teaser for its new thriller series War, which will premiere on October 1 on the HBO Max streaming service. The first season of the show will consist of eight episodes.
The series focuses on the divorce of businessman Morgan Henderson and film star Carla Duval. Each is represented by one of the largest law firms in London. Their divorce proceedings turn into a war, which becomes the first major case for a young lawyer named Johnny.
Dominic West of The Wire, Sienna Miller of Factory Girl, and Emma Laird of Mayor of Kingstown lead the cast. The series is created by George Kay, creator of the shows Lupin and Hijack. The video teaser is available on the HBO YouTube channel.
