Gwyneth Paltrow has joined TikTok, marking her arrival with a montage that includes two clips of her appearing topless.
The 53-year-old Oscar winner is shown lounging in a bed with white sheets, wearing only gold-rimmed aviator eyeglasses and gold earrings. In a second clip, she soaks in a bathtub with her blonde hair pulled back, modeling black-framed aviators.
Throughout the video, Paltrow recites variations of the phrase "One second, I'm just doing a TikTok" in multiple languages and settings, including on a helicopter, a boat, in a garden, and aboard a private jet.
She teased her arrival on the platform by sharing the clip via an Instagram Story with the caption: "Apparently I'm on TikTok now."

Paltrow, the daughter of the late director Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, runs the wellness and lifestyle brand Goop. She returned to acting in the table tennis drama Marty Supreme, directed by Josh Safdie, which was released on Christmas Day 2025.
On Good Morning America, she told hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos that she plays a retired movie star in the film. She also recalled the reaction when paparazzi photos of her kissing co-star Timothee Chalamet on set went viral in 2024, saying her mommy group chats lit up when the images surfaced.
The TikTok debut comes after Paltrow drew criticism in early June for appearing in an advertisement promoting a luxury residential development called 51 Park in the Israeli city of Herzliya. Her partnership with real estate group Aviv Melisron divided social media users, with some accusing her of supporting Israel's war in Gaza and Lebanon.
Paltrow shares daughter Apple, 22, and son Moses, 20, with ex-husband Chris Martin, 49. She has been married to TV producer Brad Falchuk, 55, since 2018.
