Ferne McCann showed off her toned figure in a tiny khaki bikini as she enjoyed a wild boat day with friends in Ibiza on Tuesday.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 36, documented her holiday to the Spanish Balearic island on Instagram, where she posed for photos while relaxing at sea.
McCann wore a two-piece bikini featuring a triangle top and matching bottoms as she worked on her glowing tan before diving into the ocean to cool off.
She styled her bobbed hair loose and accessorised by layering a number of necklaces. After taking a dip in the sea, she swept her wet tresses back to pose for photographs on the deck.
The television personality was joined by friends on the lavish boat, where the group watched the sunset. At one point during the evening, McCann and a friend wore matching orange baseball caps turned backwards as they took in the view.
Along with sunbathing, the reality star also enjoyed paddle boarding during her day on the water.
Ibiza Boat Trip and Es Vedrà
McCann took the short holiday without her fiancé Lorri Haines and her two children. She shares her eight-year-old daughter, Sunday, with her ex Arthur Collins, and her three-year-old daughter, Finty, with Haines.
Writing on Instagram, McCann reflected on her visit to Beso and sailing past Es Vedrà, an uninhabited limestone rock island off the south-western coast of Ibiza known as a focal point for spiritual energy.
McCann wrote: "Boat day to Beso. I’ve seen so many people online say a boat day in Ibiza is always the best day & I massively underestimated it!"
She added: "I only popped over to Ibiza for a couple of days but my goodness this was THE best day! Being out at sea, watching the sunset with some of your besties…that’s a memory for a lifetime! If you ever get the chance, do it."
Faith Journey and Reflections
During the excursion, the boat passed Es Vedrà, prompting McCann to share how her personal beliefs have evolved over the past year.
She explained: "We also sailed past Es Vedrà (the rock everyone talks about as this deeply spiritual place people go to manifest and draw energy from)….And honestly, a year ago I’d have been all crystalled up, hands raised, trying to soak it in…manifesting my lil heart out."
McCann detailed a change in her perspective, writing: "This time was different!!! The past six months I’ve been committing to my faith, getting to know Jesus & yes I still found the whole thing breathtaking however this time my hands went up for a different reason. Not to worship the rock but to worship God who made it! Such a special day at sea".
Corfu Family Holiday and Fitness Routine
The getaway to Ibiza comes shortly after McCann returned from a family holiday on the Greek island of Corfu last month during the summer holidays.
While in Corfu, she shared photographs cosying up to Haines while wearing a grey halter neck bikini with a matching cover-up skirt and a straw hat, while Haines wore a simple white polo shirt. She captioned those photos: "Postcards from Corfu so far. We are very much enjoying this little Greek island thus far."
Her holiday updates from Greece also featured a snap of her sunbathing in a skimpy brown bikini and pictures of her two daughters.
McCann, who is known for following a dedicated fitness routine and healthy diet, frequently shows off her toned abs and shares insights into her workout regimen and nutrition plan on social media.
Explaining her approach to staying in shape, McCann told followers: "Nothing drastic….Consistency really is key, I’ve upped my protein, staying on top of my nutrition plan and committing to 4 workouts."
She added: "Slowly but surely always wins the race for longevity."
