During his recent fitness trip, Poo Bear noticed a change in his demeanor. “Over the past three or four years, I’ve noticed that my self-esteem has increased a lot based on my size, being able to wear the clothes I want, and how comfortable I am.” Working to get to a point where she was happy in her skin led to more happiness behind a mic. Pooh Bear says he feels “confident that he can get on any stage, anywhere in the world, and sing his heart out.”
