HBO Max Thanksgiving Double Feature: Watch trailers for “Holiday Harmony” and “A Christmas Mystery.”

Producer Ali Afshar and ESX Entertainment have become a major provider of holiday movies for HBO Max, and now they’re joining three: two on Thanksgiving – holiday harmony and A Christmas secret and one on December 1st A Hollywood Christmas.

holiday harmony follows singer/songwriter Gail (Annelise Cepero) as she gets a chance to compete on a grand scale for a once-in-a-lifetime event and travels across the country — until she collapses in Harmony Springs, Oklahoma. With just two weeks until Christmas Eve of her dreams at iHeartRadio, she takes the advice of local jack-of-all-trades Jeremy (Jeremy Sumpter) and takes on a group of misfits hoping to perform at a Christmas party. Eve Gala for yourself. Gail and Jeremy grow closer, but if she wants to fulfill her lifelong dream, she may have to leave him and the city she’s come to love. Brooke Shields also stars in the film, directed by Shaun Paul Piccinino and based on the screenplay by Lauren Swickard and Christopher James Harvill. Meanwhile, the 2018 Kurt Russell Movie The Christmas Chronicles was on the Netflix charts for four consecutive weeks last December, with nearly 38 million views during that period.
