Anne Hathaway expressed her opinion on the possibility of making a sequel to “The Devil Wears Prada”, a film released in 2006 in which she starred alongside acclaimed Meryl Streep. Recently, during an interview with The View, the actress explained that she does not believe that there is the possibility of making a sequel to this feature film.

“I don’t know if there can be a sequel. I just think that movie is from another era. Now everything has become so digital and that film is all about making something physical and it’s so different. “ Hathaway explains on the ABC talk show.
The actress believes there is no possibility of making a sequel but, even so, she said it is “tempting” think about what the characters in the film would do right now if the project were to be realized. “It’s tempting to think that Andy and Emily have to have Miranda coffee and she’s somewhere in Europe. And then along the way, they pick up Stanley Tucci in Italy, which is at a restaurant. It’s tempting, but I don’t think I’m going to pass “clarifies the protagonist of ‘The surprise princess’.
Hathaway gave a hint to those on the show, saying they could “relaunch” the film e “find new people” because of this. Those present at the program made it clear that they would not be satisfied with the idea of rebuilding ‘The devil wears Prada’ from scratch and with different characters. Who would be able to improve Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestley?
Will Hathaway be back in “The Surprise Princess”?
Recently, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, The actress commented that she would like to do “Surprise Princess 3” with Julie Andrews, whom she deeply admires: “I’d love to do that, I’m looking into it. If there’s a way to get Julie Andrews involved, I think we’d make it work. We’d go where she was, put a green screen behind her and make it happen.”Hathaway explained.
