Expected returns, nostalgic sequels and a lot of cinema in preview. Here’s how the month is loaded in terms of streaming. We leave behind the terror of Halloween to feel Christmas around the corner, with Festive feature films and releases to entertain the whole family during the upcoming holidays.
On Netflix they bet on big returns. November begins with the arrival of ‘Enola Holmes 2’, a sequel to the hit starring and produced by Millie Bobby Brown, which once again sees Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, in a new case that will unite the two investigating brothers. Also The flagship returns, “The Crown”, which premieres its fifth season with a new replacement in the cast, and a new course begins in Las Encinas with the sixth season of ‘Elite’, which also comes with new faces. Without forgetting ‘1899’, the new series from the creators of ‘Dark’.
After the success of “Return of the Witches 2”, Disney + once again embraces nostalgia with “Disenchanted”, the sequel to “Enchanted: Giselle’s Story”, which arrives ten years later and debuts exclusively in streaming; and also “Willow,” the sequel series to the 1980s classic, with Warwick Davis again in the title role. The Mickey Mouse platform also features the new seasons of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Station 19”, the series “Zootrópolis” and ¡Vaya Santa Claus! ‘ Y The ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ Christmas special, which closes Marvel’s Phase 4.
Another popular comeback, this time on Prime Video, is that of “La que se avecina”, which premieres season 13 with a move and new characters. Also coming to the Amazon streamer “My Policeman”, a gay drama starring Harry Styles and Emma Corrin. The new seasons of “Mythic Quest” and “The Mosquito Coast” will be available on Apple TV +, while HBO Max finally brings us “The Winchesters”the spin-off prequel of “Supernatural” and the second season of last year’s release “The Sex Lives of College Girls”.
Finally, Movistar Plus + continues to be the home of recent big movie releases, with the arrival of ‘Ambulanza. Escape Plan ‘,’ The Man of the North ‘or the acclaimed ‘Alcarràs’, winner of the Berlin Golden Bear at the recent Berlinale. And still Spanish cinema in Filmin, which premieres another of our most acclaimed films of the year, ‘Cinco lobitos’. But there is so much more, take note of all the releases this month.
