Second season in sight
With the success of the “Game of Thrones” prequel, it was to be expected that the creators of “House of the Dragon” wouldn’t leave things there. Showrunner of the series, Ryan Condal, said in an interview with Collider “I think we have a good plan for the second season”. The Hoy newspaper confirmed that filming is expected to return to the city of Cáceres in March 2023. Taking into account that the first season included ten months of filming, it is unlikely that the second season will be released before 2024.
