In 2017, when Jordan Peele brought the film “Get Out”, or with his Spanish name “Huye!” To the big screen, he made it clear to the audience that his work was worth following in his footsteps and this 2022 calls Daniel Kaluuya goes back to acting ‘no’, where together they present a very different science fiction from the others, which manages to surprise the public.

Among the most important previews of 2022 is ‘Everything everywhere at the same time’, the mega success of A24 that not only managed to fascinate critics and audiences, but was also described by many as the best of the year despite this not it’s still over, but finally “No” is available in theaters and it has everything you need to fight it.

Of course, these two films have a plot quite distant from each other, the truth is that both have different elements of surprise in their construction, which are responsible for letting the viewer enter a unique and unprecedented experience, completely moving away from another time fiction film.

“No” mixes terror with comedy, mystery, suspense and it works

To create an atmosphere of tension and distress, director Jordan Peel leads to “No” several exciting conflicts where the story is presented from the perspective of different characters, which gives the story a space to become terrifying for a moment, while in other species there is room for comedy. The same goes for mystery and suspense.

Above all, this peculiar blend works and creates an extraordinary rhythm that sets an even more surprising tone to the twist in which the story changes course and heads towards an action-packed climax and strong emotions, to end with a thrilling but unhealthy ending. it goes too far to leave a fuzzy taste in your mouth when you get up from the room and walk away satisfied.
