A trailer for the silly-looking upcoming movie has come out Birdemic 3: Sea eagle. This is the third film to direct James Nguyenit’s “an authentic franchise that’s so bad it’s okay”. There are a lot of people out there who enjoy watching this kind of horrible movie, and in this one, “the birds are back and global warming has shaken them!”
The first film in the series, Birdemic: shock and terror, is considered one of the best bad movies ever made and this new movie is described as an “exciting, romantic and worthy sequel”. The original film was actually acquired at the Sundance Film Festival, of all places, and it’s absolutely insane and confusing that it actually made it to the prestigious film festival.
Bloody-Disgusting says the film is “so raw, so authentic and so comically terrible that it is infinitely revisable”. Reguardable? I’m not so sure. But whatever floats your boat! This movie looks awful. Just wait until you see the visual effects.
Birdemic 3: Sea eagle will make its big debut at Fantastic Fest this year. Anyone can’t wait?
