Former Oscar-winning host Billy Crystal didn’t say a word when he talked about Silas being heard around the world.
Appearance at Bob Costas re-registration On HBO Max, Crystal called the famous Smith-Chris Rock controversy “absolutely the most disturbing incident.” This was an attack. I have had the experience of “I gave the Grammy Awards three times and they threw something at me”.

Crystal remembered a time she hosted the Grammy Awards. Comedian Jackie Mason made a provocative comment, and then little Richard did something similar. Crystal was sent to diffuse the situation, which she did as a joke.
