Nickelodeon has released a new trailer for the second season of his Are you afraid of the dark? reboot series, Are you afraid of the dark? Ghost Island. This is the third part of the reboot series initially launched in 2019. My children are huge horror fans and enjoyed watching this series.
This new season “follows a brand new Midnight Society as they embark on what they thought would be a fun summer vacation on a tourist island, until they discover something sinister that haunts guests. In the newly released teaser, viewers are introduced to new members of the Midnight Society and take a look at the horrors that await them on their vacation.
New members of the Midnight Society include Kayla played by Telci Huynh (Modern love, dramatic club); Max, played by Conor Sherry (The list of terminals, The devil you know); Leo, played by Luca Padovano (You, School of Rock the Musical on Broadway); Summer, played by Dior Goodjohn (Head of the class); and Ferris, played by Chance Hurstfield (A million little things, Good guys). Giuliano Curti (Desire man) also plays Stanley Crane, the hotel manager at the island resort.
Are you afraid of the dark ?: Ghost Island is produced by ACE Entertainment (To all the guys I’ve loved before franchisingThe perfect date), with the founder of ACE Matt Kaplan And Chris Foss serve as executive producers e Paul Kim as co-executive producer. JT Billings (Are you afraid of the dark ?: The curse of the shadows, Panic) serves as executive producer and showrunner.
Israelite dean (Power Rangers, Almanac Project) is also an executive producer and director of the series. The premiere is set for Saturday July 30 with a two-hour episode Saturday July 30 at 7pm (ET / PT) on Nickelodeon, with the remaining episodes airing Saturday August 6 and August 13 at 7pm (ET / PT) .
