Nintendo recently announced that a new colorful version of the Nintendo Switch OLED will be released next month. Splatoon 3 will impress the new NSW OLED with great designs on the white dock and Joy-Con and some great shades of paint on the Joy-Con. This model will be available in stores on August 26 with pre-orders now available through Nintendo and select retailers. Unfortunately, this colorful model does not come with the Splatoon 3 game that will be launched on September 9, nor has additional accessories. This makes its $ 359.99 price point a little confusing as it’s $ 10 more than a regular NSW OLED. Fans aren’t too happy with this weird premium tax that Nintendo imposed on this model apparently just for a fun paint job.
