There is a new one Robocop upcoming video game titled RoboCop: Rogue City and we have a trailer to watch! The game hails from Nacon and actually feels like a pretty wild first shooter. One thing is certain, the creator of the game spared no blood and violence!
The game takes place in old Detroit and RoboCop is shown blasting away bad guys with his iconic Auto 9 submachine gun. Or yes, Peter Weller has also returned to provide the voice of RoboCop!
Here is the synopsis of the game:
Welcome to Detroit; crime is rampant as the city lies on the brink of ruin, people fight for leftovers while others live extravagant lives of luxury. Control of the Detroit Police Department is given to Omni Consumer Products in an attempt to restore order. You are that solution, RoboCop, a cyborg tasked with protecting the city.
RoboCop’s triumphant return wouldn’t be perfect without the man who brought so much life to the role and we’re thrilled to reveal that Peter Weller will be doing the voice acting work in the game. Enjoy this first look at the gameplay and for the record, “dead or alive, come with me!”
RoboCop: Rogue City will arrive on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch in June 2023.
