The film Titanic is being remastered for a theatrical re-release to celebrate the film’s 25th anniversary. Director James CameronThe award-winning Oscar and box office phenomenon will go back in time for Valentine’s Day 2023.
The remastered version will be available in theaters in 3D 4K HDR and high frame rate. Jon Landau teased a 3D look at the remastered version at Disney’s CineEurope presentation in Barcelona on Wednesday.
This anniversary makes me feel a little old, as I remember seeing Titanic on opening night with friends. I liked it, but I don’t think I’ll go back to the theater to see it. It is well done, but the ending is too sad. If you’ve never seen it on the big screen, you might want to check it out.
