Fans wondered about the fate of Hawk eye Ever since the homonymous series debuted on Disney+ four years ago.
The superhero Marvel, played by Jeremy Renner In several films and the series, it has been mine since the show ended, and while part of his absence was understandable because of his potentially lethal accident in January 2023, he has been recovered since then and the discussions have been taken again.
Many fans were outraged on behalf of Renner at the beginning of this year when he revealed that he had been offered a contract to return for a second season, but included the low ball offer half of his salary from the first season. Many wondered if he returned later, or if Renner had ended up with the role of franchise.
Now, the actor says that there are still ongoing talks, which is fantastic because it means that they know that they will have to do better than a bullshit offer and the project still has the opportunity to go on.
Speaking to Florida Supercon this weekend (via Popverse), Renner said about the series:
“It was nice to immerse yourself a little more in the character, in a more rooted world. For me it was much more fun to do and more to explore for the character, which is beautiful.
“I have always wanted to make more than that stuff, and there is the accident that happened, and I have to fit my body to be able to smear the arrows and immerse myself and do all those things, but I will get there.
“I’m fine. I will always banner with Marvel. I will always banner with them when appropriate, when it is swinging. I am happy to do the second season of Falco’s eye. I love that character. I think there is so much to do for us.”
I’d like to see this return of this series. It is one of my favorites of Marvel shows and I would like to return to that world and see what Clint and Kate (Hailee Steinfeld) They went until the last time.
I guess we just have to wait and see how everything launches.
