Guillermo del Toro He is bringing another chilling story to Netflix and has lined up a killer cast. Rupert Friend, Kevin DurandAND Jaeden Martell will guide the adaptation of the characteristics of The boy in the iron boxbased on the novel series in six parts co-scribed by Del Toro e Chuck Hogan.

David Priorwho previously worked with Toro on Netflix Curiosity cabinetHe will direct from his own script. Del Toro is producing together with his longtime partner J. Miles Dale, with the filming that have been scheduled to start in October.
This new project comes shortly before the November version of the long -awaited of Del Toro Frankenstein Adaptation, what a star Oscar Isaac AND Jacob Elordi. It will have a limited theatrical release on October 17, and then will hit Netflix on November 7th. Del Toro is also at the center of the scene this autumn with a retrospective of 12 films in Beyond Fest and a period as a guest artistic director at the Fest Fest.
Between the brutal survival horror of The boy in the iron box and the Gothic monster madness of FrankensteinIt seems that Del Toro’s fans will have a lot to look at Netflix this autumn and beyond.
