The first trailer for Sung Blue Song It has been released and looks like the type of musical history that will let the public smile. The film is the protagonist Hugh Jackman AND Kate Hudson In a real life story about two musicians in difficulty who find a new spark in life by starting a tribute band to Neil Diamond.
The official Logline places the stage: “Based on a true story, two down-on-the-skint musicians (Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson) form a joyful tribute band Neil Diamond, showing that it is never too late to find love and follow your dreams”.

That spark quickly transforms into something bigger. At some point, Mike holds Neil Diamond’s Moods LP in the face and asks Claire what he thinks about it. His answer nails the heart of their journey: “You don’t want to be a Neil Diamond imitator – you want to be an interpreter of Neil Diamond”.
