The detective Benoit Blanc has returned, and this time his sharp southern draga is cutting a mystery that questioned both death and God.
Netflix has just released the first trailer for Rian Johnson’S Dead Man awake: A Knnves Out Mysterythe third chapter of the Hit Saga, and it seems that Blanc is still facing his most amazing case.
This new mystery begins with a sudden murder, apparently impossible that shakes a quiet city. Without suspicions in sight, the chief of the police, Geraldine Scott (Mila Kunis), enlist Blanc’s help. What follows is a strange decay of secrets that log in against faith.
One of the most interesting characters is the Jud Duple Priest, played by Josh O’Connorwho arrives to help Monsignor Jefferson Wicks, played by Josh Brolin.
They are surrounded by a cast of suspicions that includes the devoted Martha Delacroix church (Glenn Close), Guardian of the land Samson Holt (Thomas Haden Church), lawyer Vera Draven (Kerry Washington), ambitious politician Cy Draven (Daryl McCormack), Doctor of the Nat Sharp city (Jeremy Renner), Cellist in concert Simone Vivane (Cailee Spaeny) and the novelist Lee Ross (Andrew Scott).
The public can expect many personalities in layers, reasons and red weapons. And, of course, Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc in the center, putting together a crime that seems to challenge reason.
Wake up Dead Man It seems that he is taking the Hit Series in a new territory, intertwining together the intrigue of mystery murder with existential themes.
The film will arrive in the cinemas selected on November 26th for a race of two weeks before landing on Netflix on December 12th. Johnson clarified that the theatrical window was longer, saying to Business Insider:
“We will push for everything we can get in terms of theatrical, because I want as many people as possible in that form as possible.”
