Zach Cregger finally clarified the air on his mysterious Batman Shelter Project that was floating online.
Last month, Thr highlighted the growing list of Cregger projects following the success of his horror cinematographic weapons. Among the titles mentioned there was Henchmen, a history of the DC universe set in Gotham City on low -level cheating that accidentally kill Batman and get up to infamy. T

But the speculation on the fact that the henchmen being a Batman film have recently escaped and Cregger has decided to finally put the record. Speaking on the double toasted podcast, he explained:
“This is fun. This was swept away online. So, yes, I wrote Scagnozzi, which is a story that takes place in the DC universe, as years before I wrote Barbarian, and I really love it.
But it’s not a script by Joker and Harley. I saw it online. And no, I didn’t talk about it with James Gunn. I didn’t really talk to anyone a [DC Studios] Speaking of which.”
So for now, Shelves It is simply sitting to collect dust and there is no sign that it is developed under DC Studios. Cregger’s attention is blocked in his next great concert, which he is bringing Resident Evil Back to the big screen.
Sony has torn the project in a heated war of offers and Cregger will write and direct. His Weapons star Austin Abrams He has already signed to guide the film.
