Andrew Garfield He played Spider-Man in his Incredible Spider-Man Films years ago, and was able to revisit the Marvel character Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021.
It was nice to see him next to the Peter Parker of the MCU (Tom Holland), as well as Tobey MaguireWhich started everything as superhero that elaborates the web over 20 years ago in the trilogy that brought the character to the modern Zeitgeist.
Garfield’s Parker never got his third film and his tragic plot was never really resolved, so it was nice to see the character again and see him work through a little crack he had faced in his plot. So if he comes back, slate is a kind of opening on what his Peter Parker is doing after his interdimensional adventure.
Garfield is open to return to the role, but this time he would like to try something different. The actor explained during the recent film and comic-con of the Middle East (via et) that he would like to play Spidey again, only in a new way:
“I really liked playing Spider-Man. I would like to play the character again in some way. But I think it should be very strange. I would like to do something very strange. I would like to do something very unique and unusual, and surprising.
I don’t know if he will have this possibility of playing a “strange” or even different iteration of the character, but I think he will return to Avengers’ next films before the multiverse is closed forever. We will only have to wait and see how MCU chooses to manage it.
