Batman could hit the fear in criminals through Gotham, but he put a riddle in front of him and is lost as much as a henchman who tries to write his name.
This is the setup for the sketch “Riddle me This Batman!” Where the enigmist gives him such a simple riddle even Robin could break him. Instead of overcoming its enemy triumphantly, the so -called “largest detective in the world” drags itself in the most embarrassing way possible and the result is pure gold comedy.
Looking at him fooling through the puzzle takes the legendary crusader intellect and completely turns him on his head.
The sketch is part of the viral series of Pete Holmes that introduces us to “Badman”, an exhilaratingly unbridled version of the hero.
As the creators describe it: “He meets Badman, the most unstable Caped Crusader of Gotham.
“From the incorrect interpretation of Bane to overload with Commissioner Gordon, Badman transforms every dark night into a painfully funny mess. If you have ever wondered how it would be if Bruce Wayne had zero emotional intelligence but a ton of trusted out of place, that’s all.”
It is a funny parody that makes you want to let this version in Gotham lose.
