Netflix has just released the first trailer for Devil May Cry Season 2 during the anime in New York, and it seems that the demonic action is about to pieces up to a completely new level.
The streaming platform, which leaning hard for the adaptations of souls and video games, gave fans an exciting teasing of what has arrived in the next chapter of the animated series of success based on the beloved Capcom franchise.
For those late for the slavery of demons, Devil May Cry focuses on Dante, the elegant white -haired mercenary who manages a hunting for demons while preparing with his supernatural inheritance.
Born from the legendary Sparish demon, Dante exerts incredible power, but season 1 left him in a narrow point. After defeating the mysterious white rabbit, Dante was quickly captured by Darkcom, a secret government group Hellbent in canceling demons at any cost.
Now imprisoned in the world of demons, it is able to prevent US military from falling and crushing innocent demonic citizens who only want to be left alone.
In the meantime, the last moments of season 1 introduced fans to Dante’s complicated and powerful brother, Vergil. Vergil is entering a much larger role in season 2. “My plan was always to build and expand the devil May Cry. Season 1 was to be Gateway’s drug, but season 2, the narrative will be to turn. Season 2 will be different, stylistically and tonally, from season 1. Vergil is a great, very important character. It is essentially a new show.
“I have goals. I want bodily arcane, overcoming it in spectators … Arcane is the Joker Lighting Cash on Fire, and it’s fantastic. With season 2 of Devil May Cry, I want to beat it. Presenting a tank combat with a water balloon and destroying the tank. Because it’s beautiful.”
