Netflix released the first trailer for Edward Berger’S Ballad of a small playeRa psychological thriller led by Colin Farrell.
The film follows Farrell like Lord Doyle, “A man who spends all day and night on the floors of the Macao casino. While fighting to keep up with his debts, Dao Ming by Fala Chen, an employee of the casino, makes it save him.
“In the meantime, Tilda Swinton He plays a private investigator named Cynthia Blithe who is hot on his path and ready to face him on his past. ”
It looks like a good and intense film, and is based on Lawrence Osborne’s novel, with a script adapted by Rowan Jofffe (28 weeks later).
Berger, just winner of the Oscar All silent on the western front and his recent success with ConclaveHe brings together with several members of his crew to tell this story.
His track record with tense and stratified narration places great expectations for this new voice, which dives depending on, deception and dangerous charm of survival at any cost.
