Apple TV+ released a first look trailer from the documentaries series Mr. ScorseseFollowing the career of the prolific director Martin Scorsese.
The documentary event in five parts comes from the acclaimed director Rebecca Miller (Came to me, Personal speed).
THE Mr. Scorsese Exclusive and unlimited access to the private archives of Scorsese was given to the team and led large interviews with the director. He is anchored by the conversations with Scorsese, his friends, family and creative collaborators, including Robert De Niro, Daniel Day-Lewis, Leonardo DiCaprio, Mick Jagger, Robbie Robertson, Thelma Schoonmaker, Steven Spielberg, Sharon Stone, Jodie Foster, Paul Schrader, Margot Robbie, Cate Blanchett, Jay’s cocks AND Rodrigo PrietoTogether with his children, wife Helen Morris And close childhood friends.
The clip below presents Spielberg who tells a story about Scorsese while he was shooting the film Taxi driverAnd it’s very funny. The series examines how the colorful life experiences of Scorsese informed its artistic vision.
Starting from his first experiences with the students of New York University students up to the present day, the documentary explores the themes that have fascinated Scorsese, including the place of good and evil in the fundamental nature of humanity.
