Pacifier Season 2 has almost arrived, blocks like the third DCU project to hit the screens since then Commandos creature debut at the end of last year. James GunnDC Studios Co-Cece and the creative mind behind the series, has promised that this new season will follow directly the events of Superman while also eliminating exactly what from season 1 is canon in the new DCU.
Gunn previously suggested that, apart from the cameo of the Justice League and nods to heroes such as Aquaman and The Flash, most of what happened in the first season remains intact in this new continuity. Now, it seems that we are receiving another family face, one of the fans speculate for a while.
Joel Kinnaman According to reports, he is ready to resume his role as Rick Flag Jr., a character in which he played Suicide Squad AND Suicide. According to the Insider @mytimetoshineh, Kinnaman will return to two ways: a flashback sequence that marks his official debut of the DCU and as an alternative version of Rick that is still alive in another dimension, in which Christopher Smith discovers that his multival counterpart always lives life.
The same source also states that Gunn will do David Ayer’S Suicide Squad “A little canon” in the DCU. It is not yet clear that this is a nod to the #releesetheayercut campaign or a configuration to bring more characters from the 2016 film. In any case, this item will certainly take place fans in view of the new season premiere.
For those who recover, Pacifier Christopher “Chris” Smith follows, played by John dinnerIn the aftermath of Gunn’s 2021 Suicide. It is a gloriously misleading vigilante that believes in reaching peace at any cost, regardless of the counting of the body.
Season 2 will see Chris fight with his past while continuing his questionable brand of justice, only this time discovering an alternative world that offers him everything he has ever wanted. That revelation forces him to confront his deeper trauma and decide his future.
Next season is played by dinner alongside Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee, Frank Grillo, Sol Rodríguez, David Denman, Brey NoelleAND Tim Meadows.
Gunn wrote all eight episodes and direct three, including the premiere, with Peter Safran And dinner also acts as executive producers. Further episodes are directed by Greg Mottola, Peter LiftAND ALETHEA JONES.
