The Fantastic Four: First Steps I spent a fairly good opening weekend, since fans were eager to see the opinion of the first Marvel family. They had not been very well represented in past films and if the Marvel managers did something right, it was a rather solid casting in the last seventeen years, so it was worth checking -in to see how they were portrayed this time. The film was quite good, he packed a lot in his runtime and even leaving a lot on the floor of the cutting room. This involved some disconnected moments, but the atmosphere of the film and the connection between the characters played to give us a good clock.
The film hit a little collapse of the second week, not influencing the future of the characters in the future Avengers films, but making some wonder if the trajectory of the fantastic autonomous franchise would change. If a new voice proves to be true, Marvel and Disney let a slow week stop them from a promising future with this crew.
In a recent scoop of Industry Insider Jeff SneiderIt has been revealed that he heard that “Matt Shakman will probably return to direct a sequel”. Shakman made the first film, and of course he had many ideas that did not cut. He also made a visually stunning film, and now that the team is established and will be even more firmly planted in the post-Avengers: Secret WarsHe could make another beautiful movie with less to establish.
We will only have to wait and see how everything launches. Would you like to see Fantastic Four’s return for another adventure?
