With Superman go up to the box office and give a strong tone for James GunnDc, all eyes are now on what is close Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. Director Craig GillespieThe next film arriving, starring Dragon house burst Milly Alcock Like Kara Zor-El, it is scheduled for cinemas in June 2026.
The fans have already taken a quick (and very unexpected) look at Alcock’s Supergirl in the end Superman in a surprise cameo.
On his X account, Gunn has published a promotional image of Kara Zor-El randomly supported against a wall, sipping a drink while swinging his new Supergirl suit. The iconic symbol “S” is lit on his chest and the slogan launches Superman’s famous phrase on his head: instead of “looking up”, this warns the fans to “look out”.
The introduction of Supergirl in Superman was a tonal shock in the best possible way. He introduced himself to the fortress of drunk solitude, took his dog Krypto, called Superman a “bitch” and flew away as if it were not a big problem. It was fun, irreverent and a perfect grip for what will come.
If that cameo is an indication, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow It promises to be a hell of a wild race through the cosmic edges of the DCU. June 2026 cannot arrive early enough.
