I Interactive revealed the official title for its expected autonomous original James Bond video game, 007 First light. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser image, with the official revelation of the game that took place this week.
The game will present “A Wallly Original Bond Story”, which is said to put the players “in the role of the world’s favorite secret agent to earn their 00 status in the first story of James Bond’s Origin”.
I CEO and interactive co -owner Hakan Abrak Previously he discussed the game and revealed that they will not use the similarity of any actor who has played 007 in the past.
It continues to confirm that the creative team will also create a completely new story for their original Bond version. He explained:
“It is important to mention: making an authorized game is new for us. We only did our original IPS (intellectual properties), right? We created these characters … ourselves, from scratch.
“So, I think that for us we really embrace this fully, and really, as I said before, we don’t like to work” mechanical “. It is not just because it is a great IP, or it is an authorized game, and commercially this is interesting … it doesn’t mean anything for us.
“So, for us, … we have to hear it, deeply. The passion must be there, so it was very important for us who was not a cinematographic adaptation. So, it was not a game on … a specific film, in which the story has already been told.”
“It is very important that we could create a digital link. A link to the games industry … so it is a completely original story. This was really very important for us and we transmitted it to [James Bond owner] Eon and agreed on the fact that the result would probably be better to do so.
“There is always excitement for a new link. It is surprising, what they have done with the franchise over the years. Every type of bond defines a generation and it is incredible as they have continued to reinvent themselves for so many years. So, we are not only inspired by a film, or games and anything else.
“We are inspired by the whole thing and we are only sucking things to do an original link, an original story, but this is absolutely true and recognizable in the values there are in Bond. I can’t wait to create a new community that players can call them.”
