I was on board with Final destination From that first Rube air crash – Goldberg fried our collective nerves in 2000, then entering the entrance Final destination: blood lines I wanted exactly two things, horrible ingenuity and that restless smile that you get when death begins to reorganize the furniture.
Immediately the film reassures the old fans that the rules are still cruel, the premonition is still a race and the fate remains the most snartable villain in horror.
Directors Zach Lipovsky AND Adam B. Stein Keep the DNA in an intact franchise while sliding in a narrower rhythm, almost mystery -Thriller. We follow the university student Stefanie, who is tormented by repeated nightmares and heads home to understand what the hell is going on.
The fresh wrinkle in history is generational,Blood lines He plays with the idea that the curse is connected to the ancestors, not only to the survivors of a bizarre accident, and that modification adds a spice sufficient for history without rewriting the regulation.
The plot, the film moves like a carnival race that you know by heart … premonition, scramble, a background support spreads a chain and boom reaction! Death!
It is a family comfort food, and this is part of the fun. The last turning point of Tony Todd as threatening William Bludworth is both disturbing and strangely touching; The film pauses long enough to feel like a request for adequate curtain for the actor.
But the meat is meat here. The pieces of death are damn joyful. Each death intensifies the share of blood and blood while maintaining punching times that makes this series a staple of midnight. When I saw the film, every death came with shitted shitted by the public, followed by clapping and applause when death is successful. .
If you are a veteran of this franchise, Blood lines He gives you exactly the race for which you paid, no necessary reinvention, only more clear claws and an evil sense of entertainment.
Take a group of equally morbid friends, find the fullest theater you can and let the collective rake – then tease yourself on you. This is a fun horror movie and one of the best voices in the franchise.
As sending to Tony Todd and a love letter to pragmatic and imaginative carnage, it is a satisfactoryly ugly memory that death can be inevitable, but the path can still surprise us.
