Nicolas Cage adapts to how Spider-Man Noir in the first glance at Amazon’s Spider-Noir series

Amazon and MGM+ have just shared a first official look Nicolas Cage As a vigilante with trench coating, which slides the web in the next Spider-noir Series, the live version of the character seems rather beautiful!

It presents the character who affects a spider-man laying in an elegant in black and white that he could have jumped directly from the comic panels or in the spider, and is a large stylistic oscillation. I love black and white syle.

According to the cast member Lukas Haas”We filmed it – I think it could go out both in black and black and color, but when we filmed it, the monitors were all in black and white, so you had this feeling and it seemed very, very authentic.”

Spider-noir of Cage is not your typical neighborhood superhero. This version of the character is described as “an aging that ages for his fortunate private investigator in the 1930s of New York, who is forced to face his past life as a single superhero in the city”.

The series is said to focus on Ben Reilly rather than on Peter Parker, that a considerable movement of comics. They could be Sony’s way of evading the territory of Tom Holland/Peter Parker in the MCU.

The series is led by Co-Showrunner Oren Uziel (Mortal Kombat) AND Steve Lightfoot (The punisher), with the first two direct and executive episodes produced by Fleabag‘S Harry Bradbeer.

The support cast includes Lamorne Morriswho will play Robertson Robbie, united by Brendan Gleeson, Abraham Popola, Li jun there, Jack Huston, Lukas Haas, Cameron BrittonAnd more.

If Spider-Noir can help restore faith in Sony’s spider after a series of disappointments like Madame Web, MorbiusAND KravenIt remains to be seen. But with Phil Lord AND Christopher Miller Driving the charge as producers, he hopes that he offers something fantastic.

With a meditobond cage in the head and an inzuppata noir atmosphere unlike any spider-man story that we saw before, this could only be the shot of the narration of the pulp superhero that we did not know we needed.

What do you think of this first look?
