Netflix released a trailer for the dramatic series of criminal thriller Department Q.interpreted Matthew Goode Like DCI Carl Morck, a detective of the cold unit in Edinburgh. Is combined with the criminal procedural series in nine parts from Chloe Pirrie, Alexej Manvelov, Kelly MacDonaldAND Leah Byrne.
The series was created, written and directed by Scott Frankscreenwriter of Out of view, Report on minorities, The interpreter, Marley and me, WolverineAND Loganand creator of The Queen’s Gambit AND Monsieur Spade. The writers of the series also include Stephen Greenhorn, Colette KaneAND Chandni Lakhani. The story is adapted by the novels written by Jussi Adler-Olsenwith direct episodes from Scott Frank.
The synopsis recites: “Dci Carl Morck is a brilliant policeman but a terrible colleague. His sharp sarcasm in Rasoio did not make him a friend in the Edinburgh police. After a shooting he leaves a young dead PC and his partner paralyzed, finds himself hinged at the basement and the only member of the Department q; a new cold unit formed.
“The Department is a prowess of public relations, there to distract the public from the failures of a police force with resources little resources that is pleased to see the back of him. But more by chance of the design, Carl begins to build a band of Waifs & Stuys who have everything to demonstrate.
“So, when the track full of an important official who has disappeared several years ago begins to warm up, Carl has returned to do what does best – crazy cages and refuses to take no for an answer.”
