According to recent chatter in the mill mill, the Marvel Studios could prepare to close Thor’s story significantly and perhaps fatal in the next way Avengers: Doomsday AND Secret wars Movies.
This is only a voice only one item for now, so don’t start to forge the funeral runes. But the possibility of a powerful mandate for Thor by Chris Hemsworth is collecting traction thanks to a session of questions and answers between Lizzy Hill of Cosmiccircus and Fans.
When asked about Thor’s future in Avengers’ films from Multiverse, Hill replied with this:
“From what we have heard, Thor will gather with Loki at some point during these films. And it will essentially be one of the last remaining OGvers.
Our friend Alex Perez heard a voice that Marvel wanted to give Thor by Chris Hemsworth a real mandate in these films in an epic way, with sources pointing New Avengers (Vol. 3) #32 as inspiration.

If this is true, we are looking at an emotional meeting between Thor and Loki, probably followed by Thor’s death in battle, potentially at the hands of Dr. Doom, who will have a serious impact in the MCU.
The reference to New Avengers #32 suggests a heroic and end -of -line moment for Thor. In the comic, Thor fights in addition to ending the incursions that destroy the multiverse. His arm is torn and he and Hyperion die in battle as they make a last position against the powerful cosmic entities.
