Teaser trailer for the series of detective prime Ballard set in the same universe as Bosch

First videos released a first look trailer for the investigative series based on Los Angeles, Ballardbased on the books of Michael Connelly and set in the same universe as Bosch series.

In the role of the protagonist of Renee Ballard, the detective that supervises a new division of the cold case at the Los Angeles police department and enters some deep waters that dig in some of these cases.

The complete cast includes Q with John Carroll Lynch, Field Rebecca, Michael Mosley, Amy Hill, Victoria Moroles, Courtney Taylor, Hector Hugo, Noah beanAND Michael Cassidy.

The show is created and written by Kendall Sherwood (Important crimes, The code, Your Honor) and Sherwood showrun and Michael Alaimo. It is adapted by the “Harry Bosch” book series created and written by Michael Connelly. The episodes of the series are directed by Jet Wilkinson, Sarah Boyd, Tori Garrett, AND Jon Huertas.

The synopsis reads: “This Ballard series follows the detective Renée Ballard (Maggie Q), which has the task of performing the new cold case unit of the Lapd, a unit of volunteers scarcely financed with the largest load of cases in the city.

“Ballard approaches these cases frozen in time with empathy and determination. When he discovers a conspiracy during his investigations, he will lean on the assistance of his retired ally, Harry Bosch (Titus Weliver), to navigate in the dangers who threaten both his unity and his life.”

It looks like another great series of the world created by Michael Connelly. I love the Bosch series, as well as Lincoln’s lawyer.
