A few months ago, an Oscar winner actor Denzel Washington He revealed that he was hired by the franchise writer and director Ryan Coogler act in the next Marvel sequel, Black panther 3. Washington said at the time that Coogler created a role only for him in the film, and the fans are wondering what that role could be.
Marvel producer Nate Moore made a chat with Screenrant on some of the arrival projects and when Washington was asked who joined the MCU, Moore said:
“If this manifests itself, that we will try, I think it will probably be someone from Canon. Who he is, is the first days. We honestly had no truly substantial creative conversations with Ryan, especially because he is ending his film Sinnerrs, who will be released this year and will be fantastic.
“So it is too early again to say, but obviously if an actor of the caliber of Denzel Washington wants to enter, we will find a way to make it happen.”
Obviously Moore must be careful of what he discloses, since everything related to this project has so far not officially confirmed by Marvel herself. We will have to wait and see what happens with the character of Washington, but if it ends up being someone already in the Marvel canon, who would you like to see him portray?
