CD Projekt Red has released an epic cinematic trailer The Sorcerer IV during The Game Awards 2024 and focuses on Ciri, who is the new Witcher.
The Sorcerer IV is a single-player open-world role-playing game in which players take on the role of Ciri, “a professional monster hunter, and embark on a journey through a brutal dark-fantasy world.”
It is explained that the game “aims to be the most immersive and ambitious open-world Witcher game to date.”
The new version of Witcher will be the first major Witcher release since then The Witcher 3: Wild Huntreleased in 2015.
