Macaulay Culkin joined the cast of Fall Season 2 and will have a recurring role in the popular post-apocalyptic science fiction series.
There’s no information on who exactly Culkin will be playing, but according to the report, he’ll be playing a “crazy, geeky character,” which seems like the perfect kind of role for the actor to step into on the series.
Fall it is the story of “the haves and the have-nots” in a world where there is almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the kind inhabitants of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind – and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully strange and highly violent universe that Wait”.
The world of Fall it is “one in which the future imagined by Americans in the late 1940s explodes in on itself through nuclear war in 2077.
“In Fallthe harshness of the wasteland contrasts with the previous generation’s utopian idea of a better world through nuclear energy. It’s serious in tone, but sprinkled with moments of wry humor and B-movie nuclear fantasies.
Culkin joins the cast of Ella Purnell like Lucia, Aaron Moten it’s Massimo, Walton Goggins like the Ghoul as well as Kyle MacLachlan, Moises Arias, Sarita Choudhury, Michael Emerson, Leslie Uggam, Francesca Turner, Dave Register, Zach Cherry, Johnny Pemberton, Rodrigo Luzzi, Annabel O’Hagan AND Xelia Mendes-Jones.
The series comes from Westworld creators Jonathan Nolan AND Lisa Joy. It will be fun to see Culkin in this world, there’s no doubt he’ll fit in perfectly.
