Marvel movie rumors continue to flood the internet and in this recent report we are learning about it Brie LarsonCaptain Marvel plays a major role in Avengers: Judgment Day AND Avengers: Secret Wars.
The Cosmic Circus reports that Captain Marvel is expected to be “one of the main Avengers” in both films and that the films will explore the MCU’s multiverse storyline, where Captain Marvel’s involvement will be key.
Hollywood insider MyTimeToShineHello also shared, “Captain Marvel will have a major role to play in both Avengers films.”
It was also said that they “wouldn’t be surprised if she appeared in Spider-Man 4”, but then added: “The best fit for the next appearance will be in Avengers: Doomsday, where she will be one of the main characters.”
So, despite some Marvel fans not being fans of Larson’s Captain Marvel, there’s a chance that Marvel will continue to bet big on her when the next two Avengers movies come out.
One thing we know for sure is that the next two Avengers movies are going to be huge and packed with tons of Marvel characters.
Joe and Anthony Russo are directing the films and Marvel’s big bad, Doctor Doom, played by Robert Downey Jr., will have a big role in the story, which will be interesting to see.
Doomsday will be released on May 1, 2026 while Secret Wars will be released on May 7, 2027.
