Tubi has released the trailer for its upcoming original slasher horror film Counting the bodies of the murderers. The film is set in a rehabilitation center for drug-addicted teenagers where a killer disguised as a demon goes around killing them.
The film’s synopsis reads: “Mistaken for a sex addict by her devoted father, Cami is sent to an isolated rehab center. But when a killer begins hunting the boys, Cami realizes that her survival and her independence are intertwined in ways she could never have imagined.
The film comes from the director Denmarkka Esterhazy (The Movie Banana Splits, The Sleepover Massacre, Astrid and Lilly Save the World). Jessica Landry wrote the screenplay.
The cast for Counting the bodies of the murderers includes Cassiel Eatock-Winnik as Cami George, Savannah Tardieu as Wyatt, Khosi Ngema like Ali, N’kone Mametja like Mia, Alex McGregor as Tawny, Björn Steinbach like Eugene, and Jessie Diepeveen like Bree.
