Scarlett Johansson’s mysterious Marvel project is reportedly THE BLONDE GHOST

Scarlett Johansson has been working on a mysterious project with Marvel Studios and a new report has surfaced that claims the series will be based on The blonde ghost.

This news comes from @MyTimeToShineHand it’s also worth noting that Johansson herself shared in an old interview that when she initially met with Marvel, one of the characters she discussed with them was Blonde Phantom.

The Blonde Phantom is a masked crime fighter and detective. He is also one of the first costumed heroines to appear during the Golden Age of Marvel Comics.

The Phantom Blonde is the alter ego of Louise Grant, the secretary of private detective Mark Mason. Inspired to fight crime, Louise wears a glamorous red evening dress, mask and high heels.

Combining his martial arts skills, detective knowledge and fearless spirit, he takes on mobsters, spies and other bad guys. Although his series ended in the early 1950s, she was later reintroduced in the modern comics, where she continues her crime-fighting adventures while dealing with the complexities of his dual identity.

It sounds like it would be a fun project for Johansson to take on, but it hasn’t been officially confirmed. When Kevin Feige initially announced the project and praised the time spent working with the actress.

Feige said: “We are already working with Scarlett on another top-secret Marvel Studios project unrelated to Black Widow, with her as a producer. Scarlett is one of the most talented, versatile and beloved actresses of our time. Nice to work with a person of his caliber.

“From those epic training sessions in preparation for corridor combat in Iron Man 2, to the around-the-world press tour in Avengers: Endgame, to collaborating with you as a producer on Black Widow, working with you Scarlett has truly been a highlight. more memorable. and the rewarding collaborations of my career.

He continued: “As Marvel Studios’ first and longest-serving female hero, Scarlett has held her ground among a sea of men – many of them named Chris – and paved the way for so many other characters in the MCU: Carol Danvers, Wanda Maximoff, Shuri., Jennifer Walters, Monica Rambeau, Kamala Khan, just to name a few.

“Scarlett brilliantly embodied Natasha over an incredible, action-packed run spanning 11 years, eight films with countless stunts and fight scenes, a civil war, an endless war, and dozens of different hairstyles, all culminating in one of MCU’s most anticipated independent films, Black Widow.”

I’m curious to see how this project ends up, and if it’s The Blonde Phantom, it’ll be cool to see how it turns out.
