The second season of Apple’s hit drama series SEVERANCE concludes production two years after its renewal

Season 2 of Apple’s hit drama series Separation finally wrapped production two years after receiving the green light. The first season of the show premiered on Apple TV+ in April 2022 and was renewed shortly before the final episode was released. Fans were left with a cliffhanger that left us feeling like the show was just hitting its stride, and we have so many questions that we’re excited to see answered next season.

It’s been a long wait, as production was shut down in May 2023 due to the writers’ strike, and filming didn’t resume until January 2024. But it looks like we’re finally about to see the next chapter of the story be revealed.

The show’s costume designer Carol Deelay he shared the update on his Instagram story, saying, “It’s the conclusion of season 2,” which he wrote alongside a photo of a clapperboard.

Separation stars Adam Scott as a team leader at the super-secret Lumon corporation, where employees are voluntarily separated from their personal lives. When they enter the elevator to start the day, their mind is on work, which knows nothing of what is happening outside, and vice versa. She is also the protagonist Patricia Arquette, Giovanni Tuturro, Britt Lower, Zach Cherry, Dichen Lachmann, Jen Tullock, Tramell Tillmann, Michael Chernus AND Christopher Walken. Separation was created by Dan Ericksonand is directed by Ben Stiller.

Story details for season 2 are still very scarce, but it will include new cast members in the upcoming season Gwendoline Christie, Alia Shawkat, Merritt WeverAND Bob Balaban. Stay tuned for further updates.
