The first poster for the upcoming fairytale horror film has been released Cinderella’s cursewhich is a super dark and bloody retelling of the classic Cinderella story.
The R-rated film comes from ITN Studios, which is the same studio behind Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. The film is directed by Louise Warren and written by Harry Boxley.
Warren said in a new statement: “The movie is CARRIE meets CINDERELLA. Cinderella will go through hell and no one will get out easily! There’s an incredible scene where a carriage catches fire. It’s going to be a fun ride!”
The film’s director previously said: “This is an incredibly unique take on the Cinderella we all love and know. There will be some truly horrific deaths at his hands. I think the blood hounds will be in for a surprise in my dark retelling.
The film’s cast includes Kelly Rian Sanson, Chrissie Wunna and Danielle Scott. The film will be released in 2024.
