UniVersus is a collectible card game (CCG) system by UVS Games. The gaming system features various IPs such as My academic world of heroes, Cowboy bebopAND Trigun Stampede. Recently, UVS Games revealed the roadmap for 2024 and with it came some special announcements. Fans were already aware of the upcoming one Yu Yu Hakusho AND Attack on Titan cards, but include two new IPs arriving in 2024 Critical role AND Godzilla.
On March 21st, Critical role fans will be able to pick up up to four decks featuring their favorite characters. If you like Vox Machina, the Vex’ahlia and Vax’ildan twins will be available. In the meantime, fans of the Mighty Nein will be able to enjoy decks focused on Jester and Nott. I’m still amazed by this Critical role now technically has a CCG. Then, on June 21st, the King of the Monsters will arrive UniVersus. Godzilla and other kaiju will be released in two different Challenger series products. All of these cards will be available at your local game store and pre-orders are now open for Critical role tax.
Other UniVersus news includes announcement of My Hero Academia: Girl Power which is a booster set focusing on female characters releasing on May 17th. There will also be four Attack on Titan products launched in the second half of the year. Additionally, the team is working on introducing a new science fiction franchise to the game.
