Lightfold is a recently launched animation studio based in Atlanta and has revealed the first trailer for their debut series project titled Good luck. This is a science fiction series that will take the audience on a wild space adventure and it seems like a cool and interesting project.
Godspeed follows the journey of “Iris (Bryce Charles) and his adorable karaoke robot named Bowie as they explore the desolate landscape and abandoned houses of their crumbling world. Their path takes an unexpected turn when they come across a mysterious transmission that holds the key to their escape. To receive the message, he must survive a planet-ending storm.
The series was created by Olan Rogers (Final Space) and the voice cast includes Troy Baker (The last of us), Claudia Nera (Farscape, The Nevers), Coty Galloway, AND Olan Rogers.
The series was made on a limited budget, but it looks like it has the potential to be good. The project was funded through Kickstarter backers, and Godspeed will debut streaming on December 15, 2023 this month on the website and YouTube.
